Live Performances

The Black Crystals
The Black Crystals, Who are they exactly? A group of talented musicians some have said. Some say they just appeared out of no where, like wandering pirates looking for that great treasure. Their journey all began in late 2005, when the idea to form an Anime/Video Game cover band had popped into Adam and Cheyne’s heads. With guitar in hand, and drums keeping the beat going. They needed the final element to make this great fusion explode, They needed Alie. Adding her amazing voice to this, The Black Crystals were now armed and ready to rock.

Eyeshine
Eyeshine's 4 piece edge rock band is emerging as one of the most promising unsigned groups out of California. With an arsenal of songs delivering huge hooks, infectious melodies, and elusive lyrics. Johnny and Maurice began performing together 7 years ago in a church band. They eventually decided to take a shot at writing and playing their own original music. The band went through many incarnations until settling on the name Eyeshine in 2004. Alex joined the guys the following year becoming their bassist during the recording of their demo. Daniel joined the band in 07 becoming their lead guitarist. The independently produced EP, "How About That" was received well by fans and helped them to acquire enough gigs across the states to increase their following. "It helps a little to be an Ex-Power Ranger," states frontman Johnny. "The fans have always been supportive and we certainly wouldn't be here without them." Now their debut full-length, "Red Stripes / White Lights," is currently available and Eyeshine is still on the road. Check their myspace for the latest info on their gigs.

Makenai
Six people, half Filipinos half Peruvians drawn together by fate or perhaps just by pure dumb luck, joined forces to fight the forces of evil by summoning the spirit of anime heroes through their songs and blasting the foes by the force of sonic mayhem.

Stephanie Yanez
Discovering music at the age of 5, Stephanie Yanez was born to sing. Her love for music eventually led her to record four songs at PARAMOUNT STUDIOS on Geneon’s Anime Karaoke Collection with three of those songs recorded with overseas Japan-based record label I’VE, known for their singer Kotoko. This CD also includes the song that she won at Anime Expo’s AX Idol 2004 “Ningyo Hime” from the top anime series Chobits! You can purchase Anime Karaoke Collection at all MAJOR RECORD STORES (Sun Coast, Fry's, Kinokuniya ,etc). Just wanted to point out the when MS.Yanez won AX IDOL the prize was 100 JPOP CDS! It wasn't until a couple days after the competition that she was approached by Geneon to work on the CD! And since her debut at ANIME EXPO 2005, she has been seen across the country, performing at many different Japanese Events, Anime Conventions, and Music Venues. She even went to Japan to have a live performance in HARAJUKU! She has opened up for overseas Japanese artists YOUSEI TEIKOKU and shared the same stage with KOTOKO. And has now opened up for Major Record Label Artist NIKKA COSTA at The COACH HOUSE in San Juan Capistrano!
