Artist Alley Rules and Registration
It's free. Is there a catch? Kinda. In spirit of a con run by fans, We’ve decided not to charge for artist alley tables. Why should we, you have already bought a pass. Then you’re going to sit at a table all day missing panels and such. We should give you a discount!
Here are the details:
Artists can get a free artist alley half table (3’x30”) w/ 2 chairs provided that they adhere to the following:
- Artists must have a valid attendee badge, and check in at registration for a table before you put your stuff down.
- You have to have art or be making art for display or sale.
- You can only have half of the table. Please don’t have a friend sit next to you pretending that they are also an artist selling art that looks just like yours.
- You can not save the table if you leave. In order to keep your table, you have to have someone always present.
- Free table space is limited. First come first served each day.
Artists can also purchase a full table (6’x30”) w/ 2 chairs for $25 for all 3 days and the table will be reserved and artists can come and go as they like without losing the table.
- Artist Alley tables must be preordered.
- You must check in at Registration by 11:00am Saturday and Sunday (Friday tables will be held regardless of check in) so we know that you intend to use the table, but you decide when to setup and tear down.
